About The Position

Pfefferle Management is Wisconsin’s largest commercial property management provider, managing more than 200 commercial properties and 85 residential complexes across the state, with over 15 million square feet of real estate under its care. The Custodian maintains the cleanliness and organization of commercial facilities and helps ensure a safe, sanitary environment for customers. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Reliable vehicle for work.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to use a smartphone, text, and use email.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bend repeatedly, and crouch.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
Ability to manage cleaning equipment.
Ability to drive at night.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must have a clean driving record.

General custodial experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, dusting, and emptying garbage and recycling.
Drive to one or multiple assigned buildings as part of daily duties.
Order and manage cleaning supplies provided by Pfefferle for client use.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Report building maintenance issues.
Ensure OSHA compliance by enforcing safety protocols.
Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Approve the timecard at the end of each pay period.
