About The Position

Provides general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds. This role involves performing all general cleaning tasks in various areas including buildings, restrooms, hallways, common areas, offices, the parking lot, and the warehouse. Responsibilities also include cleaning windows both inside and outside, replacing lamps as needed, vacuuming and dusting all areas, and emptying recycling bins. The position requires inventorying and ordering cleaning supplies and maintaining reliable, predictable, and reasonable work habits.

Requirements

• General knowledge of organization's policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and receive instructions.
• Mechanical skills necessary to perform simple maintenance on cleaning equipment and other furniture and equipment.
• General knowledge of the use of cleaning supplies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years' prior experience in performing related tasks.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license from state of residence.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial cleaning experience a plus.
