About The Position
GRBS is seeking individuals to join their family as custodians for Portage Public Schools. This is a part-time, second shift position available Monday through Friday. The role involves ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of school facilities, contributing to a positive and safe environment for students and staff. Requirements
- 18 years of age or older with valid ID

- Reliable transportation to and from work each day
- Individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment due to Michigan public schools requirements.
Responsibilities
- Come to work consistently
- Follow GRBS processes
- Serve the customers
- Have mindful communication with respect to all
- Finish the job to the building map and shift
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Other cleaning tasks as assigned
