About The Position

This position independently performs a range of tasks related to maintaining building interiors and furnishings in State Capitol Complex managed facilities. Assignments may include keeping exterior walkways clear of debris and snow. Requirements

At least six (6) months of relevant experience in an occupation related to professional, commercial custodian work.
Able to exert force to move up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Able to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours each day.
Must be a resident of the State of Colorado at the time of submitting your application.

Responsibilities

Office and common area cleaning including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, multi-surface cleaning, brass cleaning and polishing, hard-surface floor cleaning and recycling.
Restrooms cleaning including trash removal, fixtures, stocking supplies, sweeping and mopping.
Snow removal, emergency response and assistance (such as a flooded floor), inventory counts, meetings, and assisting other trades with various projects.
