Requirements

Independently lift and position objects weighing as much as 50 pounds
Stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods of time
Handle basic issues and solve problems professionally
Work alone without constant supervision but can also strengthen their teams
Align with all regulations associated with the safe handling of chemicals
Work in damp, dusty, and/or dirty areas
Read, comprehend, and communicate in English for video training, building security, and safety purposes, including asking clarifying questions as needed

Nice To Haves

Any previous experience or knowledge of custodial practices is welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

Sanitize public areas, offices, and restrooms, daily or as instructed
Dust or polish furnishings, light fixtures, windowsills, wood paneling, etc.
Spot clean carpets, rugs and upholstery, restock supplies, remove leaves or snow, and dispose of trash, waste, and other materials
Attend meetings and trainings crafted to increase your knowledge and abilities
Operate mechanized cleaning equipment, vacuums, buffers, large scrubbers and sweepers, and extraction equipment, etc.
Perform emergency cleanups including floods, bodily fluids, spills, etc.
Report safety or security issues and needed repairs
