The role includes keeping the store clean and safe inside and out, maintaining cleaning supplies and restroom dispensers, and caring for the landscaping. No experience is necessary; the employer seeks a dependable, fast-learning candidate with a positive can-do attitude.

Nice To Haves

Twelve continuous months of professional custodial experience preferred.
Experience working in a hardware or home improvement retail setting is ideal.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store, both internally and externally.
Monitor and address misplaced items, aisle obstructions, moisture on floors, and other unsafe conditions.
Disinfect and clean garbage containers and trash cans, and change their bags daily.
Mop all washable floors daily, including those in the break room and bathroom.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials.
Refill paper towel, tissue, toilet paper, and hand soap dispensers.
Maintain the landscape by cutting grass, trimming plants and shrubbery, watering as needed, and performing related duties.
Contribute to the team by accomplishing related results as needed.
