About The Position
Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Custodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
Requirements
- Must hold a black seal license.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Be able to use the auto scrubber machine.
- Be able set up for events.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Janitor experience is a plus but will train.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
- Follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
- Lift at least 50 pounds.
- Use the auto scrubber machine.
- Set up for events.
