About The Position

GRBS is seeking dedicated individuals to join their family as Custodians within Vicksburg Community Schools. This is a full-time position with consistent hours, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The role involves ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of school facilities, contributing to a positive and safe environment for students and staff. GRBS emphasizes a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development, backed by over 100 years of experience in the industry.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Dependable.
• Reliable transportation to and from work each day.
• Individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment due to Michigan public schools requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consistently come to work.
• Follow GRBS processes.
• Serve the customers.

• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Snow removal in the wintertime.
• Vacuuming.
• Mopping.
• Dusting.
• Cleaning restrooms.
• Removing trash.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.
