About The Position

Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Custodian to ensure company facilities are clean and well maintained. The role reports to the Facilities Director and may involve cleaning offices, warehouses, cleanrooms, labs, and other facilities as needed. The custodian must be flexible and willing to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide items typically weighing up to 50 pounds and potentially up to 70 pounds.
• Ability and willingness to go beyond one's comfort zone when learning about other areas.
• Must meet U.S. government space technology export regulations: be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
• May require a current U.S. National Security clearance or eligibility for one.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas, including office buildings, warehouses, cleanrooms, labs, and other facilities as needed.
• Maintain carpets and hard-surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation areas, lights, and blinds; empty wastebaskets; clean windows and restrooms; and perform other regular cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Clean up after catered meals.
• Complete all tasks assigned, with flexibility.
