2nd Shift Custodian
About The Position
Gordon Food Service is hiring a Custodian to help maintain its Miami distribution center and support clean, organized operations. The role includes cleaning and maintaining the building and landscaping. No experience is required; training is provided. The job is based at 3301 NW 125th St, Miami, Florida, and is scheduled for the second shift, 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. The work includes exposure to extreme temperatures ranging from -25°F to 100°F. Pay starts at $20.52 per hour, including a $1.00 second-shift premium, with monthly performance incentives. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions ranging from -25°F to 100°F.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits and updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions.
- Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
