About The Position

Verde Clean is seeking reliable and motivated Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service. Custodians may be assigned to one of the following teams: Construction Cleanup Team or Office Cleaning Team. The Construction Cleanup Team cleans construction areas and common spaces, removes dust, debris, and construction-related waste, prepares newly completed areas for occupancy, and follows all site safety requirements and PPE protocols. The Office Cleaning Team cleans offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms, vacuums, mops, dusts, and disinfects surfaces, restocks supplies and empties trash receptacles, and maintains a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements

• Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including active construction areas and office settings.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
• Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and debris.
• Restock facility supplies.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Clean construction areas and common spaces.
• Remove dust, debris, and construction-related waste.
• Prepare newly completed areas for occupancy.
• Follow all site safety requirements and PPE protocols.
• Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock supplies and empty trash receptacles.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
