About The Position
This is a Custodian position at Olmsted Medical Center. The role is 0.8 FTE and involves day/evening nights and variable shifts. The pay rate is $20.81 per hour. Olmsted Medical Center offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for employees who are employed at 0.5 FTE or higher.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with changing demands of service
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in maintaining cleanliness of a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or professional building preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides a clean and safe environment for patients to receive care and for staff to provide care
- Cleans and services all areas of the hospital according to established procedures
- Moves light equipment or furniture occasionally per department request
- Performs a variety of environmental services and cleaning duties to help maintain cleanliness of the hospital
- Other duties as assigned.
