About The Position
In this essential role, you’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports the comfort and well-being of everyone in the facility. You’ll take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring all areas are spotless, stocked, and ready for daily use. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Requirements

- Flexibility and readiness to take on a variety of cleaning tasks with care and consistency.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Keep offices, common spaces, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal to keep the facility fresh and inviting.
- Restock supplies and ensure restrooms and shared spaces stay fully equipped.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow best practices for handling materials.
- Work as part of a team that values safety, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
- Play a vital part in creating a positive, healthy environment for staff and visitors.
