About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas, managing waste, restocking supplies, performing light maintenance, and adhering to health and safety protocols. The schedule is 12 hours per week, with 2 shifts per week, specifically on weekends, 6 hours per shift.
Requirements
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and bending
- Background check may be required
Nice To Haves
- Previous custodial experience is an asset but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize floors, washrooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Refill supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)
- Perform light maintenance and report issues as needed
- Follow health and safety procedures
