About The Position
CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. This role is ideal for individuals eligible for the AbilityOne Program, which offers employment opportunities and services to adults with disabilities. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

- Valid RealID.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
Responsibilities
- Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan and daily tasks.
- Gather and load cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Take out the trash and replace bags.
- Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
- Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
- Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Conduct a final walk-through to ensure areas are clean and neat.
- Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
