About The Position
CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. This role is ideal for individuals eligible for the AbilityOne Program, which offers employment opportunities and services to adults with disabilities. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel confident in your role. The position operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Requirements

- Valid RealID.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
Responsibilities
- Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan for the day.
- Gather cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace bags.
- Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
- Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
- Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Conduct a final walk-through to ensure areas are clean and neat.
- Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
