Custodian -Second Shift

This role involves cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms. The custodian will maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas, pick up and remove trash and debris, and be responsible for property clean-up including bio-chemical materials. Additionally, they will ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for majority of shift.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain public areas e.g. hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
- Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical material.
- Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
