Custodian (CPM)
About The Position
The Custodian (CPM) position is a full-time role at College Park Middle, requiring 8 hours of work per day for 245 days a year. The annual salary ranges from $33,320 to $48,960. Applicants must complete and submit an online application with required documents scanned and uploaded in APPLITRACK. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Applicants will be notified within 3 weeks after the closing date if selected for an interview. Not all applicants may be interviewed depending on the volume of applications received. Applicants may be considered for multiple vacancies.
Requirements

- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent; OR One (1) year custodial experience verified on company letterhead signed by a supervisor; OR Any equivalent combination
- Negative TB test results under 1 year old.
