About The Position

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Custodian to perform a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in our warehouse facilities. This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team on 1st shift. Base rate of pay starting at $21 per hour depending on experience. Hours: 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a role related to custodial work, building maintenance, or general labor
Able to read, understand, and follow labels/instructions for proper use of cleaning products and supplies
Lift up to 50 pounds
Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
Be able to work well independently

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain all departments of our production facility including but not limited to offices, conference rooms, cafeterias, restrooms, and all other operational areas
Maintain building cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting and disinfecting on a daily basis
Clean the entrances and exits of the work areas by keeping them free of garbage, snow, and debris
Routinely empty waste baskets and garbage cans
Perform and/or report all minor maintenance repairs
Report damages and acts of vandalism
Represent the company in a professional manner when greeting and assisting customers
Perform other duties as assigned
