About The Position

GRBS is seeking dependable and self-motivated individuals to join their family as Custodians. This full-time position involves maintaining cleanliness in public school facilities, ensuring a positive and safe environment for students and staff. The role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to following established cleaning processes and communication standards.

• 18 years of age or older with valid ID

• Individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment due to Michigan public schools requirements.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently
• Follow GRBS Process
• Have mindful communication with respect to all
• Finish the job to the building map and shift
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
