About The Position

A Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a building and the surrounding grounds. Their duties include vacuuming floors, sanitizing restroom facilities, and collecting trash to ensure the building occupants have a clean space. A Custodian’s main responsibility is to clean a workspace.

Requirements

• Must be able to multitask efficiently and effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
• Occasional lifting, standing, crawling, reaching, use of stairs.
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Pass Background Check
• Pass Drug Test
• 21 Years-Old or Older

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash cans
• Dusting all surfaces
• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
• Washing windows
• Maintaining a thorough inventory
• Must accurately complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Must follow directives from supervisor/manager.
• Proactively seek additional work and provide status updates to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned
