About The Position

Requirements
- Must have, or be eligible to receive, the Black Seal Low Pressure Fireman's License.
- Criminal History Background check required.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position which include considerable bending, walking, and lifting.
- Shall be able to perform all essential functions of job which include climbing, and moving and lifting objects that may weigh up to 60 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning and/or care and maintenance of building and outside grounds preferred.
