We are looking to hire a Custodian at the The Paw Mankato Do you love the smell of “freshly cleaned” more than “eau de wet dog”? Are you the kind of person who sees a mess and thinks , challenge accepted ? Then we’ve got the perfect role for you!

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfort being on your feet and moving around all day
• Willingness to work around cleaning products, pet dander, and all the realities of animal care

Nice To Haves

• Animal care experience? Awesome. If not, we’ll teach you!
• A positive, can-do attitude and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Keeping play areas sparkling (yes, turf spray-downs included!)
• Tidying up after our furry guests , because accidents happen
• Refreshing water bowls, beds, and all things pet-comfy
• Powering through parking lot clean-ups like a pro
• Taking out trash (out of sight, out of smell!)
• Making our lobby shine and bathrooms guest ready .
• Being the hero who tackles pet “surprises” throughout the day .
• Keeping an eye on supplies and flagging when we’re running low .
• Noticing when something’s broken and letting the team know .
• Sharing helpful updates about each pet’s stay .
• Jumping in to help teammates whenever needed .
• Greeting customers with a smile , even mid-mop!
• Other duties as assigned.
