About The Position

GRBS is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to join their team in Battle Creek. This role involves leading a team of custodians to ensure buildings are cleaned to specifications and secured. The supervisor will also be responsible for training, managing, and holding team members accountable, while serving customers with integrity and humility. Responsibilities

• Clean the building to map/specs and secure the building
• Communicate with the customers
• Train, lead, manage, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Serve the team members
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
