About The Position

GRBS is seeking a full-time Custodian Supervisor for Wayland Union Schools. This role requires leadership experience and involves overseeing the cleaning process, managing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and possesses a positive attitude. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Complete Building Walkdowns
• Nightly perimeter door checks
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
