About The Position

Perfection Commercial Services is seeking an energetic and motivated Custodian / Janitor to provide custodial services at a partner facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The role involves preparing the facility for employees, customers, vendors, and other visitors by performing routine cleaning and disinfection tasks. This is a part-time evening position, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., for 15 hours per week. Pay is $16–$17 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Daily repetitive motion is required and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.
• Detailed-oriented, with a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
• Dependable, with regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum.
• Clean restrooms.
• Remove trash.
• Perform routine custodial and janitorial cleaning tasks.
• Disinfect surfaces and clean touch points.
