About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting in facility support by performing a variety of tasks to ensure a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment. This includes setting up rooms for events, performing minor maintenance and repairs, collecting recyclables, cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues. The role adheres to company safety procedures, federal, state, and local regulations, and promotes a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Custodial services or related field
  • Speaking in both English and Spanish languages
  • Valid driver's license or eligibility to obtain a driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events.
  • Performs minor maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collects and transports recyclables.
  • Disassembles and cleans drug dispensers.
  • Reports facility issues (e.g., roof leaks, power outages) to management.
  • Ensures clean and sanitary facilities (offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) according to company safety procedures, guidelines, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Wears personal protective equipment.
  • Empties waste receptacles and recycle bins.
  • Dusts, sweeps, and wet mops.
  • Performs stripping and waxing of floors.
  • Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and showers.
  • Vacuums and spot cleans carpets.
  • Cleans electronic devices (e.g., microwaves, windows, air conditioner ducts, ceiling tiles).
  • Identifies and reacts to additional cleaning needs.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
  • Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
  • Identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
