About The Position
Performs custodial, cleaning, and minor building maintenance duties for City Buildings and facilities and grounds maintenance. This is repetitive manual work requiring the efficient performance of simple building cleaning and grounds maintenance duties. May be assigned to the maintenance crew, which is dispatched to various city buildings. Maintains, replenishes, and issues cleaning and related supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Must know methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work and safe work practices.
- Skill in using a variety of custodial equipment, materials, and working independently.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
