Requirements

• Proven experience in sanitation and facility cleaning, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and ability to apply them consistently.
• Proficiency in using cleaning products and equipment to maintain clean, sanitary, and safe environments.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify facility issues for timely reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing work demands.
• Commitment to following company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards in all duties.
• Custodial English, Spanish
• Drivers License - License

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, and parking lots following safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and personal protective equipment to perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, and spot cleaning.
• Sanitize bathrooms, showers, electronic devices, windows, air conditioner ducts, and ceiling tiles.
• Empty waste receptacles and recycle bins, and manage recyclables collection and transport.
• Assist with room setup for events and perform minor maintenance and repair tasks.
• Identify and report facility issues to management promptly.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations consistently.
