About The Position

Campbell County is currently seeking a full-time Custodian I to join their team. This position is responsible for performing various cleaning tasks to maintain the facilities. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors and requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is expected to contribute to the Campbell County organization through hard work, open communication, ongoing improvement, and accountability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of related experience
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License and insurable under County’s Policy
• Requires completion of National Incident Management System IS-700 and IS-100 within 90 days of employment
• Knowledge of general commercial cleaning methods
• Good interpersonal skills for interaction with building occupants
• Basic understanding and ability to utilize the county’s adopted software platform

• Cleans bathrooms and cares for toiletries
