This position will be located at both our Dawson facility (5500 Dawson Rd) and Independence facility (5500 E Independence) on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment
Familiarity with use of hand tools
Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices preferred
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities
Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
