About The Position
This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Custodial position involves operating equipment, performing cleaning tasks in various areas including offices and restrooms, and ensuring the facility is always in a tour-ready condition. The individual will also be expected to conduct themselves professionally and uphold the team's values of Team Work, Integrity, Positive Attitude, and Safety.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner with co-workers and contract vendors.
- Ability to maintain equipment and area in tour ready condition.
- Ability to perform clean up after every shift.
- Ability to conduct himself/herself in a manner consistent with supporting and promoting Values of our team: Team Work, Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and Safety.

- Experience with floor sweepers.
- Experience with painting guard rails.
Responsibilities
