About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Custodial position involves operating equipment, cleaning various areas including offices and restrooms, and ensuring the facility is always in a presentable condition. The individual will also be expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to the company's core values of Team Work, Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and Safety.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner with co-workers and contract vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain and operate floor sweeper.
• Clean and paint guard rails.
• Clean offices and remove trash.
• Clean restrooms on a daily basis.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner with co-workers and contract vendors.
• Maintain equipment and area in tour ready condition; Do a clean up after every shift.
• Will conduct himself/herself in a manner consistent with supporting and promoting Values of our team. Those being to demonstrate good Team Work, Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and Safety …TIPS.
• Any reasonable duty as assigned.
