Anticipated entry on duty is March through July 2027. Duties include daily cleaning of park buildings, structures, visitor-use areas, grounds, trails, and picnic areas; emptying trash and recycling bins; picking up litter; maintaining grounds, including blowing leaves and shoveling snow; operating motor vehicles to carry out duties; and observing safety requirements while using tools and personal protective equipment. The role involves lifting and moving heavy objects, sometimes weighing more than 50 pounds. This is a seasonal position. Work may be terminated at any time due to funding fluctuations, project needs, performance, or other considerations. The employee may be required to work on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, or shifts, and may need to complete training and operate a four-wheel-drive vehicle.
