Requirements
- 1–2 years of custodial or janitorial experience required
- Knowledge of custodial equipment, cleaning products, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work and adjust to changing daily needs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and maintaining a safe environment

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all campus buildings, including resident rooms, common areas, offices, classrooms, and outdoor spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean windows and other surfaces
- Empty trash and maintain waste disposal throughout the campus
- Restock paper products, cleaning supplies, and restroom essentials
- Perform routine cleaning tasks according to established schedules and procedures
- Inspect facilities for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly
- Maintain custodial equipment and assist with inventory of cleaning supplies
- Follow OSHA safety standards and infection control procedures
- Support a clean, organized, and professional environment for clients, visitors, and staff
- Perform other custodial duties as assigned
