Requirements

Responsibilities

• Sweep floors, mop surfaces, wash mirrors, clean fixtures, and maintain needed supplies in restrooms.
• Dust furniture, polish surfaces, clean equipment, and remove trash and recycling materials in offices.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, remove spills, and operate equipment for washing, buffing, and refinishing floors.
• Clean windows, blinds, partitions, baseboards, doors, and other building surfaces.
• Select proper cleaning agents, care for tools, perform minor repairs, and report major repair needs.
• Sweep entrances and sidewalks, remove snow and ice, and spread deicing materials.
