About The Position

GRBS is seeking individuals to join their Traveling Custodial Support Team. This full-time position involves traveling to various school district accounts that require additional support. Each day may involve working in a different building or account, requiring flexibility and the ability to respond to last-minute notice for urgent needs. The role is primarily day shift, with potential flexibility for first or second shift depending on daily requirements. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• No experience needed

• Candidates MUST have valid Auto Insurance
• Individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment due to Michigan public schools requirements.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
• Snow removal
• Coach and train team members

• Communicate with customers
• Complete building Quality Walkdowns
• Carpet cleaning (summer work)
• Stripping and waxing floors (summer work)
