Custodial Technician
About The Position
The Custodial Maintenance Specialist maintains the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility. The position performs regular custodial tasks, preventative maintenance, facility support, and minor exterior upkeep. Work includes cleaning offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, individual offices, production and warehouse areas, and exterior property. The role also includes restocking supplies, collecting trash and recycling, supporting events and meetings, performing minor repairs within the scope of general custodial work, and cleaning appliances. The schedule is Monday through Friday, eight-hour days.

- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean all interior facility areas, including offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, and production and warehouse areas.
- Clean and maintain the exterior building and property, including walkways, parking lot, exterior walls, and windows.
- Restock general-use items such as soap and paper products.
- Collect trash and recycling and place them in appropriate areas.
- Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for events or meetings.
- Perform minor repairs within the scope of general custodial work.
- Clean and maintain small and large appliances, such as coffee makers and dishwashers.
- Follow all safety procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
