About The Position

Work in a laboratory and office environment, performing essential environmental service tasks to ensure the facility is cleaned, sanitized, and in excellent condition for daily routine activities. Sanitize, polish, and maintain laboratories, controlled areas, office spaces, and common areas of the building. Use Microsoft applications (charting, email, timecards) and other facility computer systems. Follow standard operating procedures to support a regulated cleaning processes. Lead a team of 4 to ensure daily, weekly, and periodic tasks are completed on time and to quality standards, providing training, management, and support as required. Execute tasks independently and collaboratively within a team. Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements

  • Experience working in environmental services, managing custodial tasks, and ensuring the facility is maintained to cleaning standards.
  • Experience with medical sanitization in a regulated medical or sterile manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day in a physically active role.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to being a strong team player.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft applications for communication, email, and training.
  • Able to pass a physical exam, including respiratory certification with annual monitoring, and a drug test.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures, trainings, and ensure quality deliverables in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and strong team-building abilities.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively, showing self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
