Cornerstone Home Lending is seeking an experienced Custodial Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role will be key in coordinating and overseeing the project management of various marketing projects and initiatives. We are seeking a positive-minded, detail-oriented individual who is highly efficient in time management, prioritization, and organization.

Requirements

Minimum of three years’ experience in Investor Delivery or similar role
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to this role.
Strong desire to learn and grow
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

Retrieve and safe keep collaterals on repurchased, PIF, and curtailed loans.
Maintain a log and inventory of all collaterals in the custodial vault of loans that are repurchased, PIF, curtailed, and Portfolio loans.
Facilitate transfer of collaterals on agency loans between custodians on MSR sales.
Retrieve origination and due diligence images and facilitate transfer of those images on MSR sales.
Retrieve Crystal Reports with custodial data on MSR sales.
Work on clearing custodial exceptions on MSR sales for on-time release of holdback funds.
Maintain monthly reporting of repurchased loans for quarterly and annual reporting.
Assist in additional administrative duties within the department like ordering supplies, sending, and receiving packages, making copies etc.
Perform rebank on ABA-JV loans
