About The Position

The City of Chandler Building and Facilities Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Custodial Services Superintendent. The position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This role plans, directs, and oversees the City’s custodial services program to ensure clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained facilities. It provides leadership for custodial operations, contract administration, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to support efficient service delivery and organizational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of progressively responsible custodial, facilities operations, or building services experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• A valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and oversees the City’s custodial services program to ensure clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained facilities.
• Provides leadership for custodial operations, contract administration, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to support efficient service delivery and organizational goals.
