About The Position

The Custodial Manager will lead custodial operations and supervise, train and direct the custodial associates. Reports to and support the Custodial Manager Senior or Facility Director in achieving objectives and client expectations. Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience, including experience in a management role, is required.
• Previous experience managing union team members is required.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with appropriate infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Determine the needs of the clients' operation and ensures that the appropriate Aramark resources are engaged.
• Mentor employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
• Reward and recognize employees.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client's regulations
