About The Position

We’re looking for a Custodial Lead to perform routine custodial duties for assigned buildings and aid in oversight of custodial work done by custodians to ensure contract requirements are met. This position requires Driving - Must be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver’s License and a 39-month clean driving record. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to Luke Air Force Base, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant. We are looking for individuals with 2 years of custodial experience. TCH is a smoke & tobacco-free workplace.

Requirements

2 years of custodial experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a current AZ Driver’s License.
Must have a 39-month clean driving record.
