About The Position

The Custodial / Janitorial Associate, described as a General Cleaner, keeps the client facility safe, spotless, and welcoming. The role performs routine custodial work in an on-site facility, including cleaning floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces, and maintaining equipment. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, for 40 hours per week, at 2025 S 2nd Ave, Siler City, NC 27344. Pay is $15.45 per hour.

Requirements

• Be able to pass a background check.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.

• Prior janitorial or cleaner experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and collect trash.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.
• Wipe high-touch surfaces and perform routine dusting.
• Maintain equipment.
• Report inventory or facility maintenance needs.
