About The Position

This position is responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas, including offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. Additional responsibilities include the cleaning of the sales center and other sales areas. This position will perform thorough cleaning of all common areas, to include trash removal, removal of towels from the pool decks, organizing and cleaning of pool chairs as well as restocking of supplies to restrooms according to the standards and expectations of the resort. Additional responsibilities include reporting lost & found, assisting with directing guests to amenities and projects of all sorts for maintaining the resort's cleanliness and quality expectations, assisting in stocking all linen closets, and delivering villa inventory. This position is full-time, seasonal, starting ASAP and ending 10/26/26.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
  • Ability to be self-directed.
  • Skill in attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, 1 year of driving experience and meet company motor vehicle report guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in Team Cleaning concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning/sanitizing/stocking of restrooms and breakrooms.
  • Perform cleaning; trash/recycling removal of all common areas and office areas. Removal of pool towels from pool areas.
  • Perform cleaning of exterior and interior cleaning of offices and common area.
  • Pressure washing of buildings and common areas, and basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris.
  • Stocking linen closets.
  • Delivering villa inventory.
