This leadership position is responsible for overseeing custodial, grounds, and logistics operations across the University while supporting efficient campus operations, service quality, and resource management. The successful candidate is responsible for directing custodial and grounds operations for university-owned and leased facilities; overseeing event support and moving services; serving as the primary liaison for major event setups and physical relocations; managing space requests and maintaining space management records and systems; leading staff recruitment, training, development, and supervision; overseeing budgets, purchasing, and expense management; tracking sustainability initiatives and recycling efforts; and supporting capital project tracking and small project management.
