About The Position

Custodial Attendants help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming base area facilities for guests and employees throughout daily operations. Responsibilities may include cleaning and servicing restrooms, lodges, common areas, dining spaces, offices, and other assigned facilities while supporting overall mountain operations and providing friendly and respectful customer service. Successful employees are dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing operational needs throughout the day. Employees in this role are expected to follow trained cleaning and safety procedures, maintain familiarity with ski area operations and facilities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture.

Requirements

Willingness to learn
Must be 16 years or older
Successful completion of the custodial training by an authorized Mt. Baker Ski Area trainer

Responsibilities

Help maintain base area facilities as assigned and trained while providing friendly and respectful customer service
Create and participate in a positive and inclusive workplace
Working knowledge and use of MSDS information, safety practices, and the Mt. Baker Ski Area Exposure Control Plan.
Have a working knowledge of: Mt. Baker Ski Area mountain policies and procedures
Familiarity of ski area facilities and services available
Perform duties as trained
