About The Position

Custodial Associate (Part-Time) at U-Haul. This role is responsible for keeping the U-Haul facility clean and inviting. The position involves 3-4 days per week with flexible hours, and preferred availability on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The pay range is $17.50–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. U-Haul offers career stability, opportunities for advancement, and valuable on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Ability to use a smartphone and basic mobile applications
• Must be comfortable completing property walk-arounds and inspections using a mobile device
• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper cleaning procedures preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, professional environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Organization skills
• Willingness to learn
• Self-starter

Responsibilities

• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
• Dispose of trash
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned
