The Custodial Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager of Custodial with maintaining strategic and daily operation plans that support overall cleanliness and sanitation of buildings, offices, restrooms, equipment and outside walkways. In this role, you will also be responsible for assisting in training of new team members in custodial procedures for the use of manually operated tools, electrically-powered machines, cleaning compounds, solvents and chemicals. In addition, this person will be responsible for implementing departmental programs focusing on team member and guest satisfaction.
