About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Custodial Manager to support daily custodial operations and administrative functions. This role assists with supervising custodial staff, maintaining cleaning standards, scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and client communication. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2–3 years of custodial, janitorial, or facility management experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings if needed
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety regulations

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily custodial operations
  • Supervise and support custodial staff during assigned shifts
  • Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
  • Handle scheduling, attendance tracking, and work assignments
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Respond to client requests and resolve service concerns
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and administrative records
  • Support training and onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
